Pro rok 2022 veden\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti <strong>Praha-Troja vy\u010dlenilo 500 000 K\u010d<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-attachment: initial; text-align: left;\"><b>Obyvatel\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti mohou do konce \u00fanora podat sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy<\/b>, co by se za tyto pen\u00edze m\u011blo ve vybudovat, vylep\u0161it, zorganizovat atp.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-attachment: initial; text-align: left;\">\u00da\u0159ad m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti do\u0161l\u00e9 <strong>n\u00e1vrhy prov\u011b\u0159\u00ed z hlediska realizovatelnosti<\/strong> (viz <a href=\"https:\/\/www.participativni-rozpocet.cz\/praha-troja\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/56\/2021\/12\/Za\u0301sady-participativni\u0301ho-rozpoc\u030ctu-TROJA-SOBE\u030c.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pravidla<\/a>). V roce 1989 ho poprv\u00e9 za\u010dali vyu\u017e\u00edvat v Braz\u00edlii ve m\u011bst\u011b Porto Alegre jako n\u00e1stroj pro efektivn\u00ed ur\u010den\u00ed hlavn\u00edch priorit pro rozpo\u010det Tento postup pro rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed se n\u00e1sledn\u011b ujal jak v ji\u017en\u00ed Americe, tak ve zbytku sv\u011bta. Podporuj\u00ed ho v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 instituce jako Spojen\u00e9 n\u00e1rody nebo Sv\u011btov\u00e1 banka jako efektivn\u00ed n\u00e1stroj participace.\u00a0<\/p><p>Participativn\u00ed rozpo\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed se roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ilo i do Evropy. Vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ho <b>od z\u00e1padu na v\u00fdchod<\/b>. Tradi\u010dn\u011b siln\u00fd je ve \u0160pan\u011blsku a Portugalsku, ale vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ho tak\u00e9 m\u011bsta v dal\u0161\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch.\u00a0 Na\u0161i pol\u0161t\u00ed soused\u00e9 jej dokonce zav\u00e1d\u00ed legislativn\u011b. Smyslem participativn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu je vt\u00e1hnout obyvatele do dialogu o utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed m\u00edsta, kde \u017eij\u00ed, uk\u00e1zat lidem, jak\u00e9 jsou mo\u017enosti obce i jak se mohou na tvo\u0159en\u00ed m\u011bsta pod\u00edlet, ale nau\u010dit radnice zp\u016fsobu, jak ob\u010dan\u016fm naslouchat a jak s nimi efektivn\u011b a konstruktivn\u011b komunikovat.
